- Orientation - who (characters), what, where (setting)
- Problem - what goes wrong?
- Solution - how do they make it right?
- Magic !

Reading
WE ARE LEARNING TO: read in our heads to help with comprehension.
WE CAN DO THIS WHEN: we can answer questions about what we have read and summarise the text.
Teacher comments: Justin, I can see that you read to understand. You are able to tell me what the story is about and answer most of my questions.
Writing
WALT write an imaginative story.
SUCCESS CRITERIA We have written a made up story that isn't real.
One day all the equipment became alive and they started to play basketball. The glue sticks passed the ball to the pencils and the pencils popped the ball and the rulers thought they should play too.
STUDENT VOICE " I have made up a story about the equipment coming alive".

Learning Intention: We are learning to sing " Singing In The Rain" and perform the actions.
Success Criteria:
Sing as a group
